Self-Pay Rates
Initial Comprehensive Evaluation $350
Your first session will be an evaluation that will give your provider a thorough understanding of your daily experience as you discuss current symptoms, how these symptoms are affecting your life, and how you have previously tried to manage these symptoms. Along with this, your provider will gather information about your medical, family, and psychiatric history. During your evaluation, you will have plenty of time to ask questions, so you can collaborate on your treatment plan.
Follow Up Appointments $165
Medication management appointments we will discuss how you are responding to the medication, side effects, and improvements or worsening of mental health conditions. You can discuss anything you feel is important to share, and how you have been doing in between appointments. Supportive and CBT therapy, including therapeutic tools and interventions, may be discussed during these medication management appointments.
Accepted Payments
We accept payment via debit or credit card, Apple or Google pay. Payment is made prior to the appointment with the card on file, typically within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Out of Network Billing
I can provide you with a receipt/superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Most PPO plans will reimburse between 20-60% of the fee, but please check with your insurance.
